The Month of May 2021 Brings Changes

Starting the month off with a new workout designed by a personal trainer who happens to be a good friend. She's certified in nutrition as well and focuses on the age 50+ group.
The workout for May is 'Simple Home Resistance Workout'. It is progressive and a hypertrophy type of strength training done 3-days per week. It uses dumbbells and resistance bands which are all joint-friendly. I've added a Balance & Stretching routine for two other days. The weekend days are for rest/recovery.
Last month's nutrition focus was on getting adequate amount of Protein daily. The month of May is focused on Fiber + Protein. It is challenging to get Protein on a vegan way of eating but the amount recommended for me will always be challenging lol. I'm okay with that. I'm going to add soymilk and tofu to my diet.
Things overall are going well and I hope to continue learning how to meet my macro and micro nutrient requirements over the next few month. Exercise is the easy part for me and nutrition is the challenging part.
