🌧️. 3 of 15 core and upper body workout, 3 of 15 core and lower body workout, marching, 3 of 15 modified push-ups, 49 sec plank, and walk X3. 13,000+ steps. Got both workouts done even though I was tired. Plank was not good today. But that might be due to helping mom move from wheelchair to x-ray table and back. If it wasn't for this healthy journey I would be in so much more pain. Calories are great. 14 cups of water. Tomorrow it's supposed to rain again with chances of thunderstorms. Not sure if will get walk in or if will have to do a video. Haven't done one in a while would be nice to see if it has gotten easier or not. Might depend on my knee as it is a little sore tonight. Will be glad not to have to go anywhere tomorrow. Have been wanting an ice cream for the last two days but still have not bought one. Will be easy this week as it's supposed to rain every day.
