🌤️. May the 4th be with you! 3 of 15 core and lower body workout, marching in place, 2 of 15 squats, 3 of 15 calf raises, 2 of 60 step-ups, and walk. 14,000+ steps. Rain was done by 7 am. Went for my walk at around 7:30. Even got some gardening done. Played a little hopscotch for part of my BLC fitness challenge for this week. Calories are great. 14 cups of water. Might get 18 in. Rain is moving back in. Hope it's done again by morning. Tomorrow is rest and weigh day. Not sure what the scale will show. Hoping for no gain but if I do I know why and will keep move forward.
