🌥️. Rest and weigh day! Down 1#! Walk and marching in place. 12,000+ steps. Was surprised to see the loss but definitely not complaining as I thought I was going to gain. Calories are good. This normally never happens as I normally don't have a leash on myself for cheat days. 18 cups of water. Tomorrow the rain will hold off till the afternoon which helps me get my walk done.
