Exercise Day 115 Recumbent Stationary Bike

I am trying to become as proficient doing exercises from Physical Therapy 3-4 years ago as I was when I finished the program. The whole point of being given online access to these exercises was to not end up in PT again. It's called MedBridge Home Program. I am doing the exercises, not up to par quite yet because I need to get back in shape for it and be more consistent in doing them. But I am doing 1-3 sets and it takes about 30 minutes (could be longer than that). I burned 93 calories. The calories are less the point than the endurance and muscle use.

Then I warmed up by cycling for 5 minutes with tension @ 3 of 8.

I think the bike says less and SP says too much, so if I subtract the bike's calories from the 544, I get 417,7 calories. Is that accurate? I have no idea, but it sounds good.
