🌦️. 3 of 15 core and upper body workout, marching in place, 3 of 15 modified push-ups, walk x2 and 1 min 13 sec plank. 14,000+ steps. My second walk was to the grocery store and back. Was getting low on fruits. Played cards with Hubby and did some reading along with decluttering the kitchen a little. Calories are ok. I have started planning my meals for the day before I eat anything to try and keep myself on track better. Let's see how I do. 18 cups of water. Tomorrow suppose to rain.
