Our Spark Team from the Spring 5% challenge is working on including a serving of vegetables or fruit with our breakfast this week. I think our team leaders site research that people don't always get all the "freggies" they need in a day.
I have not paid as much attention to my breakfast this winter and spring, but I can start watching again. For today, I mixed a little Greek yogurt with small curd cottage cheese and some pineapple chunks from a can. It was tasty! And I logged the breakfast in the SP food log:
And now for a 700+ caloried confession. After attending an award ceremony -- outside, a beautiful sunny day -- I went to sonic with my family. I ordered a LARGE banana shake. I did log it in yesterdays SP food log...and here is the "damage":
I need to plan for spurges like this. Plan A...order a small and eat it s-l-o-w-l-y.
