Finally back at it with a 4 pound loss!!

I finally had a good week! I'm pretty stoked about it. I hope I can keep with it. I noticed if I over think things, I freak out and give up. If I miss a workout or mess up a bit, I completely give up for the rest of the week.
So, this week, I focused on just pushing through no matter what. If I missed a workout, or felt too sore and did a light workout instead, I'd keep pushing. Instead of feeling guilty about it, I focused on the food. Workouts are important but not 100% essential for weight loss!
I ended up with a 4 pound loss this week! The first time I've lost more than 2 pounds in months!
I'm going to keep pushing forward and try to blog more. The more accountability I can generate, the better.
For all the moms out there, happy Mother's day! I don't know what my kids and hubby have in store but I plan on relaxing and enjoying the day!
