🌤️⛈️. 3 of 15 core and lower body workout, marching, 3 of 15 calf raises, 2 of 60 step-ups, 2 of 15 squats, and walk x2. 13,000+ steps. Today my second walk was to the store and back to top up my bus pass and get a Mother's Day card. Calories are good. Changed some items and lowered some amounts of others. Saved more calories and am not hungry at all. 18 cups of water. Tomorrow more rain so plan for walk is the same. Hope everyone had a great day! Keep SPARKING 💥! Stay safe!
