My weight seems to randomly fluctuate up/down (not sure if it's due to water retention or what!). As a result I don't get too concerned (or excited) until I've seen the same number on the scale two weeks in a row. I figure any number I see on there is subject to change! 46 days ago
It is a long term thing this losing weight, outlast the gains and see the losses :) I used to think I will lose and then I can eat what ever I want :) not true, lots of research and trials and finally results. Then holding on to the losses ... being kind to me ... also being realistic... you can do it :) 47 days ago
