Another workout at Planet Fitness

Well, I decided to brave the gym tonight with my son. I figured since all I would be doing was seated so why not. This is the first time for 3 workouts in a week. We added a few other strength training machines to our routine. So we're getting more muscle groups involved in the work outs. I learned that the chest press machine was a no go for 3 times a week. I barely got 1 rep in. That's my weakest area. It's been injured so much over the past 3 years, I'm not surprised. Our workouts total time was about 30 minutes for each of us. Then, I finished off with a nice 7 minute hydromassage. My son did the massage chair. So we spent an hour at the gym. Slowly building up what we're doing and the reps and timing. I was going to do the treadmill but decided I didn't need to risk it with my foot issues and my knee giving me troubles before we left to go. My only issue is my vertigo was triggered and the ride home was not too good. I forgot to take meds before I left and two of the strength training machines and the hydromassage triggered it. I made it home, 30 minute drive okay. Got in and took my meds and vertigo med so I'm sitting trying to get my head straightened out. I usually take my vertigo meds but forgot it tonight. Lesson learned. Supposed to be a wet messy weekend. Take care. Stay safe. Sending love and hugs ❤
