Should I decorate my workout space? I never thought about it until I took this photo!
I started my pull-up practice yesterday, a humbling experience, for sure. But this is just the beginning.
1 minute high plank x 3
3x Dumbbell holds 2 min (17 lbs.)
3x Timed hangs 5 seconds
B - 11 am - 3 eggs, alfalfa sprouts, bacon pieces
D - 5 pm - mixed greens, chicken thigh, bell pepper, creamy Caesar
S - 7 pm - 3 slices thin crust pizza
