🌤️. 3 of 15 core and lower body workout, 3 of 15 core and upper body workout, marching, 2 of 60 step-ups, 3 of 15 calf raises, 2 of 15 squats, 3 of 15 modified push-ups, 1 m 21 s plank, and walk x2. 15,000+ steps. Today was a great day! Got all my workouts done! My second walk was to the bank and the grocery store. Hubby was being stubborn about walking home so he paid for a cab so I didn't walk home like usual. This is why I normally don't take him. LoL. Calories are great. 18 cups of water by the end of the night. Trying to get everything done early so I can go to bed early. Tomorrow is mom's apartment and laundry. Forgot to tell you all that in just over a month have lost a couple inches in total. I know some of it is just the newer bra. Hope everyone had a great day! Keep SPARKING 💥! Stay safe!
