🌤️. 3 of 15 core and lower body workout, marching, 2 of 60 step-ups, 3 of 15 calf raises, and 2 of 15 squats. 7,000+ steps. Woke up at 4:30 am, eventually fell back to sleep and woke again with alarm at 6 am. Went to Mom's and for multiple hours was still working on auto pilot. The only thing I missed today was my walk. Calories are good. 14 cups of water. Tomorrow is rest and weigh day. I think the scale will be good to me but we will see. Hope everyone had a great day! Keep SPARKING 💥! Stay safe!
