Chapter 38, Day 61

Wednesday, May 12, 2021

I haven't blogged lately. That's because I haven't really been actively pursuing my goals. I've regained a couple of pounds from inactivity and eating with less care. Yesterday, I decided I need to get my Plan back in motion. But, my mad pursuit of weight loss is replaced with something less rigorous as I journey to drop another 10# over the next couple of months.

Yesterday was a very good day of being on Plan....almost an A+ kind of day. Today, I will make it another.

The Grands and I got caught in a rainstorm walking home from the park. I threw their jackets in the dryer so they could wear them home and mistakenly threw my jacket in the dryer too. In error, I put my cell phone in the dryer for a good 20 minutes. It was too hot to touch when I took the clothes out of the dryer. emoticon After it cooled off, it still works. I am so grateful that I don't need to replace my cell phone. emoticon AND, I really didn't want to have to explain this one to my husband emoticon

t's a great day to have a great day!

Hi Vicki. It happens sometimes we get off track. Happens to me too. I try and get myself in gear if I see the scale go up a few pounds. I hope you will too. Easier if you try hard now than later. You can do it Vicki. Look at Snoopy he is cheering you on too.
My goodness, you are so lucky your cell phone is ok emoticon Yep, hubby never needs to know emoticon
Have a good day Vicki emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
