138.3 I did not cheat yesterday and the scale fell a little this morning. This is my progress on inches lost

We enjoyed my son's last concert high school last night. It was good, but I wonder when he will pick up the trombone again. I play musicals ever summer and this year, because of Covid, they are just using just a piano.
Things are starting to get busy now, musically for people. I expect that in the fall people will hit the ground running and we will be busy again, God willing.

Today I have a rehearsal tonight and I will walk 10K. I will cook a good dinner for my kids, make a few beds and do some laundry, practice and make some more reeds. And work on the puzzle a little This one is especially difficult for me. it is 1000 pieces and my table is quite small for it and the pieces are laying on top of each other right now. The colors are mostly yellow or green.

Dad: He is still in pain. His back and stomach still hurt and he has swollen legs and one swollen eye. He is wearing his compression socks to help with the swollenness but they are starting to bleed because of the blood thinners and his thin skin. He says "he could be better" when I asked him how he was. Thank you for your thoughts and prayers.

Have a wacky Wednesday

I so admire your will power and strength in meeting your goals. You are doing great. Congrats on continuing to lose and those inches too! I crept back up to 140 but I am not as strict as you are. I think we are close to the same size. I would love to lose in my bust. The girls are kind of big on such a short person. You look so pretty in that dress. I understand your feelings on the last concert. Your babies are growing up! My youngest is 34 and my oldest is 37. It's hard when they leave the nest and then you find your freedom and a new life begins! Keep up the good work- you are emoticon emoticon

Congrats on the non-scale victories! In the end, inches probably mean a lot more than pounds, as markers of overall health! emoticon

Great job on those inches. Especially the waist measurement!

The last concert is always bittersweet. I still have program of GD's last HS concert (Hayburner's DD)
March 4, 2020. Covid sure cut short her senior spring.

    Prayers for your Dad

Do you have any advice for a week and get my granddaughter back to piano lessons? She took it for two years starting at five or six and seem to be enjoying it. She is a bit of an anxious child and she’s claims that her teacher was too mean to her but when her mother offered to find a new teacher she pushed back on that as well. It makes us all sad because we all love music her mother plays piano her grandmother her grandmother plays piano and it seemed like she was heading in the right direction plush she would be a good model for the younger twoTo take up an instrument. Any advice? emoticon

The choir teacher and I had a question asked yesterday about if we would still be wearing masks this fall. I sure hope not! Things are winding down for me, at least school accompanying-wise. Baccalaureate tonight, graduation Sunday and the middle school concert next Thursday. Always a little sad when it's done, but at least we made it through the whole school year! Have a great day!
