Day 3 of walking on my treadmill … we have snow on the ground here. Springtime in the Rockies. My sugar withdrawal headache has lessened.
WatermEllen … I wish my issue was a heaping spoon of sugar in coffee and I just wanted to back a bit off of it. Sugar overload for me is … well, food items loaded in sugar and me loading up in large quantities of said items.
Emotional eating for me … is chompy foods … and a side of ice cream with chompy things on it.
MeadsBay … God bless ya. I thought of you while I walked today with Tina (Turner).
Grief … Elizabeth Rubler-Ross says there’s 5 stages to grief: denial, anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance.
I'm bouncing through all of them and back again.
BUT … I stopped eating it.
