Peace Day 2, Self-care.

Sometimes, on your day off, take some time away for just you. Can be 10 minutes, 30 minutes, an hour, or a half day, lucky me.

Self - care is a common buzz word. Defined as taking time for you, give care to yourself.
To pain your own nails, draw or sketch. Put on a face scrub, or cream.
Go to a park, watch the people walk dogs, or sketch a park scene.

My self-care on my day off, was getting away for half day. In a quiet place, watch A Facebook Live of an art class, used my sketch book, and drew with pencil.
Went shopping for fresh fruit sliced, cantaloupe, pineapple, pre-sliced fruit cup. Enlightened dairy free ice cream in strawberry. This is a weight loss themed site, Spark People.

Put yourself as first priority. Yes, you take care of others, but they can do a little for themselves in their own way. Maybe they don’t see that garbage has to be emptied!

The point is take time for you. Once you get back to house, the housework will be there, but you gave yourself relaxation, quiet time for your brain. every once in a while, or weekly, or wake up earlier ten minutes. Take ten minutes with Mediation App, or on your own.
