Many of us tend to give up on our goals because it seems too far away from us. We tend to invalidate all the hard work we have put in to try to lose the weight. When it gets hard, remind yourself of all the progress you have already made so far. Acknowledge how far you have come.
Yes I know it can be frustrating to not see the scale budge at times.
Believe me I have been there many a time but Don't give up!
You set Goals because you wanted to make some Positive changes in your life. If you Quit before reaching your goals how will you make the changes?
Its at these times we must push ourselves to keep taking consistent action toward our goals. Believe in yourself!
