Every morning 2 cups coffee and 1-8 oz glass with either lemon, lime, or cider vinegar & honey. During day..2- 24 oz tumbler with frozen sliced cucumber cubes & mint, or star anise & ginger/cinnamon, or tea bag, or couple pieces frozen fruit like pineapple, blueberry, mango, etc.
