Preparing to begin Linda Spangle's book

The team leader of SP team "100 days of Weight Loss by Linda Spangle" (100DWL) has asked new members to think about why we want to work for weight loss or why we are wanting to work through Linda Spangle's book. This will be the first step of 3 of preparation to start the book on May 31.
I want to have more energy and be nimble and strong. I want to good to my heart, organs and skeleton. I need to move and fuel my body for movement.
