Perfection the Hawaiian way HO'OPONOPONO
Saturday, May 29, 2021
“Ho’o” is Hawaiian for ‘to cause’ and “ponopono” is Hawaiian for ‘perfection’. According to the ancient Hawaiians, all error arises from thoughts that are tainted by painful memories from the past which causes imbalance and disease. To correct this, one needs to return to the state of wellbeing by self-cleansing or by cleansing with the aid of a counselor. I read Joe Vitale’s book, ZERO LIMITS on this subject and basically it all starts with repeating four phrases to yourself each morning and night:
I LOVE YOU
I AM SORRY
PLEASE FORGIVE ME
Say these phrases aloud together to yourself in private. Doing this releases all painful memories. Take responsibility for all your pain even when you feel it was cause by others. You alone are responsible for all negative feelings. Saying these four phrases to yourself often is a sure fire way to removing all obstacles to perfection and happiness. This makes you free to live your best in the world around you WITH ALL ITS FAULTS.
I wish you the best.
