The Optimal Temperature For Sleep

Did You Know?

Our core temperature needs to drop to trigger our sleep hormones. If we’re too hot, our body doesn't think it’s time to go to sleep yet, so it keeps our brain alert. Ideally, the bedroom should be 19 degrees (67F) - the optimal temperature for sleep.
