(my mother’s little notebook)
Today I worked on deciphering her handwriting in the parts that I hadn’t gotten to, and typing it up so that SOMEDAY I can print it up for her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren….
It is full of wisdom, and I loved reading her wit and wisdom….

“Never buy more field then you can plow!” Old farmers saying.
“We are always being pressured to take on more than we can handle. If God calls, that is one thing -He takes the responsibility for equipping us to do his will. But when we take on more than we can handle, and try to do it in our own strength, we become overwhelmed, depleted, and depressed. We have bought more land than we can plow!”
AND MOM IS ALWAYS RIGHT……
