☀️. Rest and weigh day! Stayed the same. Walk, marching, jumping on trampoline, jogging on trampoline, and Wii resort. 14,000+ steps. Enjoyed my short time on the trampoline. Once I figured out how to jog it was easier than I thought it would be. Looking forward to more time on it. Was not to surprised with my weigh in. Just glad I didn't gain. Calories are good. 14 cups of water. Tomorrow will be another good day. 5% Challenge - Tracking Measurements: Total inches lost since May 8th 2021 - 3 BMI is 27 Body shape - hourglass Waist to hip ratio - 0.89 Knowing my weight goal: Current Weight: 173.4 5%: 8.67 Goal: 164.73 My newest picture along my journey.
