⛈️☀️. Walk X2, 3 of 15 core and lower body workout, marching, 1 of 10 inclined push-ups, 3 of 15 calf raises, 3 of 15 squats, and dancing. 15,000+ steps. At my sister's for the weekend staying with my son. As my sister and her man are away for the weekend.
This morning I discovered that my favorite socks are starting to get thin. Now I need more. Hopefully I can find them as I ordered them on line last year from Walmart. Also discovered I have practically walked right through my shoes. No choice but to walk in my sandals till I can afford a new pair. Usually they last 1 year. Not this time. Only 3 months. Oh well. Calories are good. 18 cups of water. Tomorrow son works half day so I can get all or most of my workouts done before he gets home.
