Everything went so well today, i had my 8 cup of water, ate in my calories, fat, proteine and carbs range.. so well, TOO WELL.

When i arrived home i ate some kraft dinner (i still was in my range after it) then pita chips. DUH.

I really have to do something about that, it's like i need to eat when i arrive at home in the morning.. One of my august goal will be not to eat at least 3 hours before bed. Right now, im so tired and so stressed out, it makes it really difficult. I can do it!

I need to redo my weight lost calendar. Finding new dates and new goals.
