Never Give Up

Friday, October 19, 2007

Well, Im doing it. I have lost 31lbs and a total of 90lbs. I went to Walmart, just looking around, seen the pants and wonder what size i would be in. Im in a 18 right now... so I grab the 16. Nope to big, mmmm? Ok lets try 14, Yeap... Fit. Wow I cant belive it, im in a size 14 now and I only got 19lbs to lose. I have never been this size and everyone is starting to notice. I love the way I look and how I feel. I still have the pizza and some chocolates... I think that is how Im still on this diet. I didnt cut everything out. But I do look at the caloires, and I dont eat as much. I know that if I can do this then anyone can do this. I have been big almost all my life. Maybe secen the age of 11, im now 23. So that is a long time of tring. You have to want to do it, need to do it. And dont let anyone or anything get in the way. It does take time, it doesnt happen over night, but if you let it happen, you will love the way you feel and look. Trust me....

Maybe u r asking yourself about me….how can I say that I motivate my team & friends and I’m commenting on ur blogs desperately but I’m very depressed today …losing hope….fed up from boredom so I think I can’t make it cause simply when I’m having hard times…I say 2 myself…food is the only thing I enjoy so how can I quit curving chocolates & brownies…when everything around me seems to be blur!!

Ur blog is nice & touchy…but how did u take the decision 2 start? What keeps u going?....thanx & sorry for my too much questions
