I have a hard time getting myself to exercise and I fell off the diet wagon and am fighting sugar cravings all day every day. Last week, I made a positive step by signing up on cool running for the couch to 2K program. It looked like an easy fitness plan to get me back in the groove and it's going good so far. I am on day 2 of week 2. I finally figured out that I feel better about dieting and controlling my eating after working out. I really need to drop about 8 pounds in the next couple of weeks. I think I can do it. I just need to keep making these small steps and make exercise a priority. I have to make this work. It's a good way to show me that I love myself.
