Pearl's Rule

Tuesday, November 20, 2007

The Pearls will not be able to believe I did this without any help!!

I had weigh in today and....I lost over 5 pounds for the second week in a row. Yeah! I've now lost my second 10% of weight. I'm really excited and want to thank all my Spark friends for helping me succeed.

See I am trainable!

YAY!!! You blogged! I am super impressed and proud you figured it out. It took me awhile to figure out!

Congrats on your weight loss! 5 pounds in one week is amazing. It is definitely a great way to break that plateau you were sitting on.

Happy Thanksgiving! Thanks for everything over the last few days! I appreciate all of the support and laughs you have given me!
