Stepped on the scale this morning (after a major pig out yesterday i must add) and it said 105lbs! Couldn't belleve it! I'm finally here and boy does it feel good. When I started SP I was 121lbs which was quite an abount for my small 5ft 2" frame. At my heaviest I was 148lbs which was awful! Now I'm 105 thats 7 1/2 stone. I love it. I've gone from at 28 inch waist to 25. From 33 inches around my belly, which stuck out in an abnormal fashion, to 29.5 inches and from 21 inch thighs to 18.5 inches! I think its safe to say, I'm skinny and I love it! But, and there is a but, although I have met my weight goal I haven't me my inches I want to be 24,29,18 in the measurements i have given. I never really measured my hips because it was my belly that concerned me but they're 34". My breast, waist, hips is 32,25,34. I've lost alot of boobage alright (bought silicone enhanchers to put in my bra yesterday, ha ha) but i'm pretty happy with how I look.
I keep saying this but gotta start concentrating more on strenghth exercises. really want to tighten up those muscles to get the measurements I want. I am in the middle of the One Hour Runner programme which I will be continuing and then hopefully increasing until I can run for 1hr 3x week. I'm running a 10k in April so thats the goal for that. SP upped my calories today but I'm going to keep going as I have been for a couple of weeks and see what happens. I eat 5 times a day and am not hungry but may use some of the extra cals on running days to make sure i'm getting enough. I can go to 101lbs and still be in a healthy BMI range so i'm not too worried if I loose a little more, it will give me some room to play with over xmas!
