Well I dont have much weight to lose this time. Thanks to babyfit I gained 22 lbs with adison*born may 06* I lost that on here and then I had another 25 to lose and I lost that also. Then we got pregnant with our surprise baby! I gained 34 lbs with her due to not being able to excercise bc of placenta previa(which cleared on its own at 22 weeks)and then having preterm labor from 26 weeks. I was due dec 27 and ended up having her on thanksgiving day shes my little miracle. This is our 3rd and last child. So this time I know once I lose it all I have to do is maintain my loss. Every time I lose the baby weight I get pregnant again. Makayla is 2 weeks old now. I have 7 lbs to go to get to a comfortable weight for me 135.*125 was prepreg weight but I dont want to lose to much while nursing* I am short so even a couple lbs can make a huge difference on me. I really need to tone up though! My arms and my stomach are not what they used to be. I tend to gain weight in my face so I cant wait to lose some of that. I am trying not to stress out about weight loss my baby is still so young and I can fit into my size 7 jeans but I really want to be back into my 4s and 6s.I am nursing again and that is my weakness I am SO hungry while bf I swear I am hungrier now than when I was pregnant! I cant do much for excercise right now but once the doc realeases me I will be back to working out full force and I cant wait! Heres to losing weight the healthy way on sparkpeople!
