Hey this works!

Thanks to some great advice (MarineMommy) I am making it a priority to eat within the first hour after I wake up. And something good (not my usual coffee only until noon regimen) ANd Guess what.... It works! I have lost 4 pounds already by just doing that! Woo-Hoo!!!

    Yay for you!!!!! Do you feel like you have more energy? I can definitely tell a difference in my morning stamina if I forget to eat breakfast.
