baby steps

It's amazing how having a plan can improve your attitude!!! I'm now day 3 of tracking foods and day 2 of working out....Happy to start some small streeks!!

Really enjoying sweating even if people at the Gym look at me like I'm going to have a heart attack!!!

only 362 more days to have a complete lifestyle change!!!!!!!

    You have such a great attitude. Baby steps is the only way I have found to succeed. Remember when setting small goals to award yourself (non-food) when you reach it. Keep up the good work and I'm sure you are an inspiration to many at the gym.

    That's one of the best things about spark, it doesn't throw you directly into a major overhaul, you can ease in to it. Good luck!
