Well, it's 'back-to-the-diet' eve...
I weighed about 120.3 this morning but I think I really weigh closer to 121. I guess I'll have a better idea tomorrow morning.
So tomorrow I start logging my meals and my exercise and get back on track to lose weight. I need to get down to 115 lbs by March 15th.
I have lots of workouts planned for this week.
Mon. - Day 1 with swim coach. 30 minutes.
Tues. - Play volleyball (90 min)
Wed. - Day 2 - Swimming AND strength workout at gym.
Thurs. - Bike trainer, as long as I can stand. Endurance workout.
Fri. - Day 1 running. :30 run, 1:00 walk for 3km.
Sat. - Bike trainer 45-60 min AND go to gym
Sun - Bike trainer recovery ride Zone 1 AND 3km walk/run
