A positive weekend

Well I was dreading weighing in this morning.....I had been pretty good over the weekend, but the last time I did spark I went backwards on the weekends.. This time from Friday to Monday I lost 1.5 lbs. Now back to the work week routine and i know excellant results.
I've been to the gym 5 consecutive days and ate correctly 5 consecutive days.... just keep the streak going... just want to go back in time
