Week 4

This starts week four, the scale did not move this Sat., but that's ok, I feel good. I exercise at least 30 mins a day, everyday, and I'm eating better than I ever did. Sometimes finding it hard to squeeze veggies in. I do have a big salad everyday, I know I have to eat more veggies. Averaging at least 2 fruits a day sometimes more. The six grain and 8 glasses of water is getting easier too. I'm trying to stay away from sugar (my weakness)

I know this is a new life style, so its going to take time. I was a junk food junkie for so long, I know I have to retrain my body so that is will crave the good stuff and not the bad. Here's to week 3 and on to week 4!
