4 egg whites, 1 cup steamed vegetables with a flat out.


Goals:

10 pounds - sign up for a gym class ( 2-27-13 )
15 pounds - new work out outfit
20 pounds - new running shoes
25 pounds - hair cut and highlights
30 pounds - new swim suit

egg beater frittata with 1 cup eggbeaters, cauliflower, onions, roasted pepper topped with 2 slices of bordons fat free cheese over 1 cup of spaghetti squash- very satisfying!

A salad with romaine lettuce, spinach, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, chickpeas, beets and feta cheese topped with balsamic vinegar, red wine vineger and pepper. Also - a Sabra hummus pretzel chips and hummus to go pack!

I had 4 oz of spiral ham and a 1/2 cup of scalloped potatoes. THEN, I had a sliver of cherry/cranberry pie that my brother in law made. Oh it was so delicious. Then I took my chubby dogs and husband for a walk. Its fun to be off!
