Then enter your recipe. Tell us how you liked it. Tell us how easy it was to make. How long did it take? How many people did it feed? Did your picky kid eat it? So get to grilling or cooking out on the open fire. I can't wait to see what everyone brings to the table!!!

Sounds like you are off to a fantastic start! You have goals in mind, you have the will and motivation... you are already on the road to success. Now, here you are, with us! We are an amazing team of motivators and success stories, with some of the most wonderful leaders I have seen.

They say the more involved on the website you are the more success you will have, and so far I have seen that for truth. I love being here and interacting with everyone, and I can't wait to see you hitting the boards with all the weight you are going to lose in the coming days.

Keep the positive thoughts, ask for help when you feel you need it, and don't hesitate to jump in on discussions.

Good luck, and see you on the boards!

Sincerely,
Neko

When I seem to be losing my motivation, I just look myself in the eyes and say...
"I can do this... I CAN do this...

I AM A GODDESS DAMNIT!

Take this first week to familiarize yourself with the tools here. Once you get used to using them, it becomes easier to use them even when you are busy. Personally, I spent my first week learning to use the tools, and just tracking everything I was already eating and doing for exercise. It gave me a baseline to work from. It also gave me a chance to really decide what my goals were, and how to get there.

This site can only provide the support and the tools to reach these goals. You need to put the hard work in. Personally, I end up kicking my own butt every day. Feel free to check out my blogs to see how I kick my butt out the door to get my fitness in. I can tell you, once I am finished with my exercise for the day, I feel great. No more I should do this and I should do that. Instead, I feel accomplished, and able to relax and enjoy the rest of my day.

You can not change yesterday - it's done.
You can only dream of tomorrow.
The only day you can change is today.
What are you going to do today to reach your goals of tomorrow?

It's supposed to be hard. If it wasn't hard, everyone would do it. The hard is what makes it GREAT

Into a pair of jeans that is. Hi! I am Coya in Irving, Tx and I am a 32 y/o 7th grade teacher. I am trying to change my lifestyle and become healthier while losing this belly fat I have accumulated over the past 6 years. I had a blast packing it on, but getting it off is not so fun. I love fashion, and I want to be able to wear the trendiest new items on the market without feeling like a stuffed mushroom. I have decided that I must take control of my weight issues and quit letting them control me.
