Hi everyone.

I am restarting this journey with a little more to loose (weight) than I expected and some significant things to gain.( confidence and feeling better in my skin)

I know this is going to be a long process. It took me a while to get to this size, it will take me a while to get smaller. I got on the scale and saw 210. NOPE!! Not okay with me. I am 5"3 and three quarters (yes those count) I would like to get down to about 160 that is toned. I know its going to take work, but its time to get off my butt and do it. I love photography and travel, I am a big advocate for accessibility for Deaf/ Hard of hearing people. Covid has made life a bit more complicated as I have an autoimmune condition. But its time to change
