Last time I was in here I was 180--overweight, but comfortable in my skin. Well, over the last two years I have gone from that on up to 255. All the progress I made in endurance--gone. Ability to sleep without snoring--also gone. But the biggest thing is that I hurt more. I have rheumatoid arthritis that has been mostly controlled over the past four years. While that is not causing pain, the damage to my joints is straining under the extra weight.

I started at 230 on my vacation mid-March and I had been holding at that weight for a while. Then came quarantine for about three weeks (I was an essential employee that couldn't stay out any longer). In that three weeks I started to climb. A lot. Then last week I stepped on the scale to see the damage.

255

My mom mentioned possible both of us going on a healthier eating regimen. So I am back to using Nutrisystem because I know it works for me (so long as I can stomach the food) to try to get back to a reasonable weight.

I'm shooting for 155, but I would be thrilled to just be under 200 at this point!
