I understand. It took me a while to get back to jogging after reinjuring my knee. You just gotta start slowly, one step at a time. Give yourself the time you need...like I always say...YOU ARE WORTH IT!

Thank you all. I have a plan, which started today with 45 minutes of rehab. Apparently i am too uptight and it shows in my lack of flexibility. After that, either back to martial arts or running. Maybe both, but don't want to get ahead of myself.

JGINEL welcome to the team! Great to meet you. I'm Stacey. I am on site everyday so I am just a post or sparkmail away if you need help with something. You're right...there are ALOT of feet here tro get you moving...lol. Have you started orking on your goals, a plan of attack?
