Thank you all for the welcoming words and well wishes. I feel I'm off to a good start already! Tracked my food all day yesterday and got all my ratios very close to perfect, worked out with my son and drank so much water, my body thought it was a creek. emoticon Today I only have one question; I checked the little box so I would get an e-mail should anyone respond to my post, but it didn't work. Any ideas on how I may fix this?

This is my 2nd time here too. I am more determined now, more then ever to get my weight down. I am going to be 46 in a few weeks. Wow where did the time go. lol

Welcome back! I got my zip back by joining The 28 day bootcamp team. Into the 3rd week and walking 2 miles a day this week. I just keep telling myself I can do this. Still working on the food part. Small steps!

Hello all! I started on here over a year ago but fell off track shortly thereafter so I feel like a complete newbie. I'm hoping to make some contacts on here this time for mutual motivation.

I'm 43 years old (for a couple of more weeks anyway lol) and the thought of growing old doesn't scare me as much as the idea that this is the best that I will ever feel. I want to get that "zip" back in my step!

I've got about 68 pounds to lose in order to reach a good healthy weight for myself. So here I go ready to take this on one step at a time. Would love some company on my journey. emoticon
