I'm back, and I'm a bit sad about it. If you want to see more details, check out my profile page. About 10 years ago I started a journey to go from 286 to 173 in just 333 days. Then I gained it all back. I work off more weight, life hits, weight comes back. Rinse, repeat, you know the drill.

I say all this because losing weight is tough. Keeping it off is MUCH HARDER!!!!! So, I'm back to do what I can to maintain my weight loss once I get back to where I want to be. This year I started out at 315.8 and plan on hitting 180 and staying there. I'm down to 270 as of yesterday. 90 more to go. It didn't come on overnight, so I'm not expecting any miracles. My initial goal is to make enough of a difference so people notice if/when we finally get back to working in the office.

Stay strong everyone. Baby steps!

Starting over again: 315.8 (5/12/2020)

Start: 286 (6/5/10)
Previous Lowest: 222 (8/31/08)

Goals:
Final: 180 (reached 4/23/2011) - 173 reached on 4/30/11
Still the same goal. Time to get to work!

(fit into a medium again - goal reached 2/17/11!!!)
