I just wanted to check in and introduce myself. My name is Jess, and I signed up for SparkPeople forever ago, but never really used it that much. I have always been a yo-yo dieter and never an exerciser. BUT...like a lot of people, this year things have changed for me. I started to exercise to combat quarantine depression, and it took off like a rocket. I have lost 22 lbs to date and counting and work out 4 times a week at the gym. Hopefully, I can stay on track and make this stick for once in my life. I feel pretty good about it so far. :-)
