First posting on Spark people ever. Just wanted to finally post I guess. Overweight my whole life, from what I remember I was 108 lbs in 2nd grade, 175 by 10th grade. Went through the gambit of diets and 'lifestyle changes' throughout my life and I eventually was qualified for weight loss surgery. So july of last year I had a sleeve gastrectomy. At first it was great I was not eating much and I didn't get hungry. As expected as time passes I start to feel genuine hunger and I need to eat. So I have been essentially grazing over these past couple of months where I would eat something, wait the hour for it to get through my stomach and then drink some fluids. That has been working well so far but it is hard. As I have been using spark people on and off for over 2 years and have seen how hard it is for people to loose weight and keep it off. I have had those moments of difficulty where I was trying and I failed because of how hard it is. I am starting to truly live with how hard this is. Even with the surgery I am extremely paranoid about gaining my weight back. I worked my butt off to get the surgery and I am scared to death that I am going to screw it up. Working in the hospital I have seen how people get weight loss surgery and over the years mess is up and re-gain their weight back. I am so far trying my hardest to not let that happen, but I am only 8 months out so far and it seems to get harder and harder everyday to severely limit myself from junk.

Not asking for pity, just asking for support as feel I have quietly been doing for everyone that I have read within the posts.

FYI: I started out at 330 January 2012, March 318, July day of surgery 303, Currently 177 and have plateaued out and not able to loose more at this point. Looking to stay 200-210 is my ultimate goal.
