Hello all...
I am new to this and I am still learning everything that SparkPeople can do for me. I am looking to lose about 15 lbs and go back to a healthier lifestyle. I typically work till about 8pm and am not a morning person so fitting in workouts has been extremely difficult the past year, but I need to keep trying to do that morning workout. I hope that tracking my food intake helps too. Looking forward to using the site.
