Welcome! Glad you are here. The best way to do this thing is to stay active. Please look through the different Spark Challenges and see if one may be for you. I am currently during the Fall challenge and am a part of the Daisies team. There are cancer support teams here, too. Drop in from time to time on our threads on Keystone and emoticon

Hello my fellow Pennsylvanians. I have been a member of Spark for many years but never a consistent one, lets hope this time is different. I am always doing for others and I need to make time for MYSELF..so I am here to hopefully find some support that I desperately need. People always say "I'm there for ya" yep heard that many times. So if I find it here "BONUS", I need to be MY biggest cheerleader NOW and FOREVER.

I am almost 49, I work 12 hr swing shifts (so good for losing weight and trying to sleep), I am a 2X cancer survivor. I am going to celebrate my 14th wedding anniversary in March, well I should say its in March don't think we will celebrate. I have 2 grandchildren, 2 daughters and a furrbaby that holds my whole heart... not sure I would ever survive without any of them. I have many friends that are dear to my heart and with covid I don't get to see many of them. I also have a 97 yr old Grandmother that I check in on EVERY day, so my days are long.

I need to find a balance for my work, family and health....HELP. ICDT.
