Hi there,

I heard about this site from my cousin who lost 25 pounds and is now doing triathlons. I have been using it since December 1st and it has been a fantastic tool. I would like to lose 15 pounds that are proving very difficult to lose since my two children. I play roller derby three nights a week and one night of off skates strength training. I don't think lack of exercise is my problem, it is my ravenous appetite, I am always hungry and I love sweets! Candy in any form! I can eat two to three candy bars in one sitting. If I completely eliminated the sugar from my diet I would probably be okay! I am hoping that logging my food in every day will help me keep the candy away!
