My name is Teia. I am 44 and working to loose weight I am currently 314.8 . I also need to gain strength. I have the Fitbit Inspire 2. I am trying to link up my trackers if anyone have any references that would be great. My current goal is 5000 steps daily and 10 minutes of exercise everyday. Thanks for reading my intro.
